Welcome,

My name is Jodee Cash, I am an award winning principal designer at my referral based business, JC Interiors.

Having worked in the industry for over 30 years. My passion for all things building and design started at a young age. Being the daughter of a builder I grew up spending a lot of time on construction sites.

Fast forward a few years, after studying Interior Design at RMIT, I started my career in soft furnishings. This involved working one on one with clients, designing interiors. Everything from window treatments, custom made furniture, colours and accessories.

After several years I moved into a role as Interior Consultant for Simonds Homes. This involved colour and product consultations, assisting with the selection of all colours and finishes for a clients new build. Including everything from joinery finishes, hardware, bricks, electrical, heating/cooling options etc.

I also designed spec homes. After being forwarded working drawings, I selected all interior and exterior colours, finishes and fixtures for the property, choosing colours and upgrades based on the target market for the property.

It was then time to spread my wings. Starting my own business, I decorated display homes for several builders. This involved designing all interior and exterior colours, finishes and fixtures. Once this was completed, I then furnished the display home.

I provide design schedules for investors, again designing all interior and exterior colours, finishes and fixtures. Any upgrades are based on the end price point and target market of the property.

I have designed commercial spaces, including a real estate office, a 3 story office, an industrial office for a tapware company that included an additional floor for investment.

I also renovate my own projects for profit. This involves the entire design and project management of the renovation.

With experience in hard surfaces, construction and soft furnishings, JC Interiors design on trend homes that appeal to the broadest market.

I love creating beautiful spaces for my clients, there is nothing else I would rather do.
